Opening Day for Junior Dragsters is SATURDAY, April
27. Please note, if both 4/20 and 4/21 are rained out, 4/27 will be Test &
Tune and Swap Meet and points would begin on May 4.
Empire Dragway will run a Junior Dragster program at each
scheduled points race from Saturday, April 27 to Sunday, September 15.
NEW RACERS MUST PASS A DRIVER TRAINING SESSION BEFORE
BEING ALLOWED TO COMPETE (CALL TRACK FOR INFO AT 585-382-3030 )
TIMES – Gate opens 1 pm, Time Trials 2 pm
Each participant must be an IHRA member - Applications available at track.
Each participant must have a Minor Release form,
signed by BOTH parents, on file at the track.
Parents and drivers should familiarize themselves with the Wisenberg
Insurance Waiver & Release of Liability. (copies available upon request)
Each participant must have a copy of their
BIRTH CERTIFICATE on file at the track

All Junior Dragsters must meet IHRA and Empire Dragway requirements.

"660 CLUB JUNIOR POINTS PROGRAM"
 | Registration fee will be $20 per driver, and will include a FREE permanent
number, and pre-printed labels for use on tech cards. |
- Points will begin on Saturday, April 27 and end on Sunday, September 15.
Please note, if both 4/20 and 4/21 are rained out, 4/27 will be Test & Tune
and Swap Meet and points would begin on May 4.
- Points will be given to drivers, not cars.
- Team drivers will be allowed, but they MUST register as a team when
signing up for the "660 Club" Junior Points. The fee for co-drivers is $20.
Team drivers are not allowed to participate in the Summit Super Series.

- It is the driver’s responsibility to use the assigned Empire Dragway number on a weekly basis. Points are calculated by your assigned number.
- Points will be given as follows: 1 POINT FOR EACH ROUND WON.
- It is the driver’s responsibility to check your points. If you feel an
error has been made in calculating your points, you must notify timing tower
personnel within the next 3 Junior Dragster racedays to resolve any
discrepancy.

In addition to the above awards, each driver in FIRST through FOURTH place
will receive a Trophy and a FREE ticket to the Awards Banquet.

To receive your prize money and awards, the winning driver
must attend the Banquet personally.
BRACKET FINALS
Empire Dragway will be taking 4 Junior Competitors to participate in
the 2013 Bracket Finals held at Pittsburgh Raceway Park, Pittsburgh, PA on
September 18-22, 2013. The number of competitors from each class that will make up the
team will be determined on a percentage basis of the number of entrants in the
points program for each class. The number of eligible participants from each
class will be determined on Aug 3, 2013. The points standings as of September 7 will determine who is eligible to participate in the Bracket Finals. Also,
on September 7 there will be a run-off between the drivers in Junior A
and Junior B with the most points who are participating in the Summit Super
Series, to determine the Summit Super Series Junior Dragster representative
at the Bracket Finals. The run-off will be held on Saturday,
September 7. If it rains on September 7, the run-off will be on Sunday,
September 15. If both September 7 and 15 are rained out, a drawing will
determine the representative.
